Electrifying the expanding number of delivery vans makes perfect sense

The leader in today’s Times makes the case for electrifying the ever growing fleet of vans which deliver our on-line purchases.

The sharper logistics firms already get this and are talking to us about using the warehouse roofspace to generate electricity to charge those batteries. Electricity from solar is much cheaper than kWh from the grid and way, way cheaper than diesel. And it doesn’t cause asthma in small children….
