London to hit diesel cars even harder

The war on diesel is stepping up a pace; new parking charges for diesel cars over three years old are being introduced in central London. With the increased congestion zone rates and the £12.50 entry fee for the Ultra-low Emission Zone, 4 hours parking in London will cost over £50.00.  

Once they see the benefits of the extra revenue and the reduced traffic, other councils will be on to this wheeze (pun intended).
