Oxford to ban all diesel and petrol cars from parts of the city by 2020

The city of Oxford has announced that it will ban all petrol and diesel vehicles from parts of the city centre by 2020. We approve. If they can do the same with the plethora of noisy, stinky buses which blight this lovely city then they’ll have nailed it…
