Plans have been made for all new and refurbished homes in Europe to have electric car charging points
We don’t know why it needs regulation to make this happen because fitting a new build home with an electric car charger should be common sense; however, it looks like housebuilders will be required to fit chargers to new and refurbished homes as a matter of course.
