Dyson are investing £1bn in battery development
We’ve reported before on Dyson’s interest in battery development. It now appears that the last announcement of a £100m investment in battery R&D over five years ago has paid off and they are now throwing £1bn at the issue. Dyson knows that whoever is first to market with a battery that can be charged more quickly and more deeply and with less mass than current lithium batteries will make hay.
