Looking like the resulting offspring from an unlikely coupling of a Sinclair C5 and a Renault Twizy, this Toyota i-Road is being feted as the future of urban motoring.

With an all electric powertrain and a footprint smaller than the drinks fridge in an oligarch’s Bentley, it gets with the zeitgeist of current city transport policy thinking.
